Meetings are held the first Monday of each month (excluding January) at 7pm in our meeting room at the Poultry Pavilion Geelong Show Grounds 79 Breakwater Road, East Geelong, 3219
The Geelong and District Poultry Club has a long and proud history of promoting the breeding and showing of pure breed poultry. We are a family orientated club with a large number of junior members. Our junior and novice members are able to call on the advice and encouragement from our more experienced members in all aspects of breeding, keeping and showing poultry. Our members keep a wide variety of fowl in soft feather, hard feather and waterfowl varieties. We hold regular meetings with guest speakers. We conduct 3 shows per year, as well as hosting the poultry show/exhibition for Royal Geelong Agricultural and Pastoral Show. We have first class facilities and new members are welcome. |
